Refund Policy

1. How VIP is billed

VIP membership can be purchased two ways:

• Directly on this website, through our in-site payment processor.
• Through our Patreon page.

Refund handling differs depending on which one you used — see the sections below.

2. Cancellations

You can cancel at any time. Site-billed members cancel from their account page; Patreon-billed members cancel from Patreon’s membership settings. Cancellation stops future charges but does not, on its own, refund the current billing period.

Your VIP perks remain active until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. After that, your VIP status is removed, your notification rules are deleted, and access reverts to the free tier. Your account, saved filters, and custom feed definitions are retained.

3. Refunds for site purchases

If you were billed directly on this website, email [email protected] and we will review your request. Include:

• The email or Discord username on your account
• The charge date and amount
• A brief description of the issue

We review each request individually and will let you know whether you are eligible for a refund. We aim to respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method.

4. Refunds for Patreon purchases

We cannot issue refunds for Patreon-billed memberships because we do not control those payments. Please use Patreon’s native refund request flow from inside your Patreon account — Patreon’s own refund policy and timelines apply.

If you need help (e.g., your VIP didn’t activate after joining), email us first and we’ll try to resolve the underlying issue without a refund being necessary.

5. Chargebacks

Please contact us before filing a chargeback — almost every billing issue can be resolved faster directly. Accounts associated with chargebacks may be permanently banned from VIP and the Service.

6. Changes

We may update this policy as the Service evolves. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
