Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Pokemon GO Coordinates (the “Service”) at coordinates.pokemongopro.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. What we provide

The Service aggregates publicly visible Pokemon GO spawn data from third-party sources and presents it as searchable feeds, an interactive map, and optional Discord notifications. We do not operate, host, or represent the underlying data sources, and we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any spawn data.

3. Not affiliated with Niantic

Pokemon GO Coordinates is an independent fan project. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Niantic, Inc., The Pokemon Company, Nintendo, or any of their subsidiaries. “Pokemon” and “Pokemon GO” are trademarks of their respective owners.

4. Accounts

Accounts are created by signing in with Discord and/or Google. You are responsible for the security of the account you use to sign in. You may delete your account at any time from the Profile page; this removes your stored data (saved filters, custom feeds, notification rules, linked identifiers).

5. VIP membership

VIP membership is provided through Patreon. Patreon handles all payment processing and subscription management; their terms apply to those transactions. VIP status is granted when your Patreon membership is detected on our weekly sync, and is removed when your Patreon membership ends. See our Refund Policy for details on cancellations and refunds.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, mirror, or redistribute the Service’s data in bulk
• Attempt to bypass rate limits, authentication, or access controls
• Use the Service to harass, stalk, or target any individual
• Use automated tools (bots, scripts, headless browsers) to issue requests beyond what a single human user would generate
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute access to the Service

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

7. Discord notifications

VIP members may opt in to Discord DM notifications. Delivery depends on Discord’s API and your Discord privacy settings. We do not guarantee delivery and are not responsible for missed, delayed, or duplicate notifications.

8. No warranty

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any spawn data is accurate or current.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid for VIP membership in the three months preceding the claim (or zero if you are not a VIP).

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
